Requirements to apply for Infant/Toddler Teacher positions:

Applicants must: 

  • Have a CDA or higher degree, including:
    • 45-hour Infant Certificate
    • 90-hour Certificate
    • 9-hour Communication course
    • ADA course
    • Breastfeeding course
  • Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a licensed child care facility 
  • Be nurturing, creative caregivers 
  • Be supportive, collaborative team players
  • Be motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude 
  • Believe in the center’s mission to provide a foundation for lifelong success 
  • Be physically able to complete the duties that accompany caring for young children
  • Be strong verbal, written, and tech-friendly communicators 
  • Maintain all center standards for teaching, safety, cleanliness, and security 
  • Want to make a genuine difference in the lives of children

We are looking to add talented, energetic, positive, honest and fun people to our team. Must be an outstanding communicator, a people person and rapport-builder with parents.
