We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Before/After Care Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidates will create a safe, engaging, and educational environment for children before and after regular school hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that align with our program’s focus on science, cooking, sports, and tutoring.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages social and emotional development.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
  • Assist with homework and provide tutoring as needed.
  • Organize and participate in sports and recreational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in early childhood education or a related field.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to engage children in a variety of activities and manage a classroom effectively.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
